DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

FH Canada, a dynamic community-led international development organization, is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to help amplify our message and expand our reach. POSITION SUMMARY
As the Digital Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing the digital and mass marketing components of FH Canada’s Communications strategy. From crafting impactful social media campaigns to building engaging email communications to tidying up website UX, you’ll help uphold and amplify FH Canada’s voice and brand.
ABOUT YOU
As our ideal candidate, you will have an aptitude for or proven experience in mass communications and digital marketing including social media, email strategies, website UX and content marketing, and online advertising in a non-profit context. You’re good at fundraising, with keen insights into best practices for solicitation. You’re an excellent communicator with writing and interpersonal skills that are top-notch, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences effectively. As a seasoned project coordinator, you excel at balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results. You’re tech savvy, and easily navigate digital tools, platforms, online ads, and analytics. Your eye for detail ensures accuracy and consistency in all communications and marketing materials. And finally, you have a heart for impact, a passion for international development, and you’re deeply supportive of FH Canada’s core values.
THE JOB
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Craft, build, and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp, coordinating with teams to align content and visuals with strategic goals.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content for FH Canada’s social platforms, leveraging trends to inspire action, grow the brand, and engage audiences.
- Website Maintenance: Update and optimize website content for user experience, performance, and SEO using data from Google Analytics and other tools.
- Digital Advertising: Assist with planning and executing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, analyzing results to maximize ROI.
- Project Coordination & Collaboration: Administer the marketing details, manage timelines using project management tools, and work with internal teams and external contractors to ensure brand compliance and high-quality deliverables.
What You Bring
- Experience with digital tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and project management software.
- Strong skills in content creation, UX design, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Alignment with FH Canada’s core values and Statement of Faith.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar field.
SALARY RANGE
This new position is full time with a flexible work schedule, requiring in office and home based work. The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annual salary. A full suite of additional benefits include full employer paid medical, dental, RRSP matching, and generous paid time off.
