This is an executive leadership role with real ambition behind it. — growing monthly giving revenue, increasing the annual number of givers and maintaining an industry leading donor retention rate across all segments.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning fundraising, marketing, communications, and public engagement. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable shaping strategy in the boardroom as they are inspiring a major donor over coffee.
Fundraising & Revenue Growth

Public Engagement & Communications
- Ensure every FH Canada supporter experience — from first touch to long-term relationship — is positive, inclusive, and compelling.
- Support internal teams with visual design and content tools, protecting the brand while helping colleagues achieve their goals.

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a mission-driven fundraising leader who knows how to grow revenue and build lasting donor relationships. You bring strategic vision and executional discipline — and you understand that inspiring generosity is both an art and a science.
- You’re energized by ambitious goals. An aggressive monthly giving target doesn’t intimidate you — it motivates you.
- You lead with empathy and accountability, and have proven ability to build teams that are high-performing and deeply human.
- You’re a natural storyteller who understands that the right message, to the right person, at the right moment can change everything.
- You thrive in a faith-based environment and are aligned with FH Canada’s values and Statement of Faith.
- You’re as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a field visit in a partner community.
- You bring a creative, entrepreneurial spirit to your work — always asking “what if we tried this?”
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams across marketing, communications, development, and public engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred (nonprofit management, marketing, or communications). Commensurate experience will be considered.
